Goodman Group (“Goodman”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Stephen Johns as a director of Goodman Limited and Goodman Funds Management Limited with effect from 1 January 2017. Mr Johns will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee from that date.

Mr Johns is currently Chairman of Brambles Limited and was previously an executive and non-executive director of Westfield Group, a director and Chairman of Leighton Holdings Limited, and director of Spark Infrastructure Group. He has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
