Oakdale East Industrial Estate Concept Plan and Stage 2 Development approved
Estate comprises more than 50 hectares of developable land
Enables continued development of the Oakdale precinct
260,000 sqm of gross lettable area to be made available

Goodman and Brickworks have received Concept plan and Stage 2 development approval from the Department of Planning and Environment for Oakdale East. This milestone enables Goodman and our joint venture parter, Brickworks, to develop 260,000 sqm of high-quality facilities on 50 hectares of land.

The masterplan for Oakdale East stage 2 will be able to accommodate a large range of customers from the e-commerce, third party logistics, retail, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

The estate’s strategic location, five kilometres from the M4 and M5 motorways, and on the doorstep of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, provides access to 4.9 million consumers within a one-hour drive time*. This allows our customers to achieve faster speed to market and the opportunity to reduce transport costs and related carbon emissions.

Commenting on the benefits to the community, Jason Little said “Our properties add value to local communities and the wider economy by attracting businesses to the area to support the local economy, generating jobs, creating infrastructure, and enabling people to efficiently receive the goods they need.”

Approximately $100 million of infrastructure works have already commenced at Oakdale East. Property construction activities are targeted to start in early 2024 with units ranging between 3,000 sqm and 60,000 sqm.
