Goodman Group, a leading global owner, developer and manager of logistics and warehousing space, responds to customer demand with plans to grow its Italian business, and appoints Mario Costa as Country Manager.

With €22.6 billion total assets under management globally, including more than 140 properties in Europe, Goodman is well positioned to help its global and local customers with their industrial property needs in the burgeoning Italian market.

Goodman is looking to expand its success in ten other European countries to Italy. With over 5.3 million square metres under management in the region, Goodman has firmly established itself throughout Europe as the partner of choice for developing and managing high-quality industrial properties – from large distribution centres to last mile urban logistics facilities. It is actively looking to procure more sites for customers in core locations, close to infrastructure and consumers, to complement its existing portfolio.

Goodman is focussed on both the quality of its buildings and its people, and is pleased to appoint Mario Costa as the head of the Italian business. Mario is a seasoned industry professional with more than 10 years of experience with property companies such as Logicor, Celtic Italy and Pirelli Real Estate.
