Our history

For more than 25 years, we have been making space for greatness in every aspect of our business.

At Goodman, we strive to create solutions that will benefit our customers and deliver sustainable returns for our investors. We’re conscious it’s not just what we do that’s important, but how we do it.

Our strategy

While our business has evolved over time, our fundamental strategy has remained the same – to own high-quality properties in strategic locations for our customers.

This has laid the foundations for the sustainable, forward-thinking, business we have today, and it will ensure we continue to best service our customers, investors, the planet – and all the people on it – long into the future.

Where we began

Founded by Greg Goodman, who is still Group Chief Executive today, Goodman has grown from one industrial building in South Sydney, Australia in the early-1990s, to 435 properties in 14 countries across the world, worth $79.5 billion.
