Gregory Goodman

Group Chief Executive Officer

Gregory is responsible for Goodman’s overall operations and the implementation of its strategic plan. He has over 30 years of experience in the property industry with significant expertise in the industrial property arena. Gregory was a co-founder of Goodman, playing an integral role in establishing its specialist global position in the property market through various corporate transactions, including takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. He is a director of Goodman (NZ) Limited (the manager of the New Zealand Exchange listed Goodman Property Trust), and director and/or representative on other subsidiaries, management companies and Partnerships of Goodman.

Angus Brooks

Chief Executive Officer, Japan

Angus holds the overall executive responsibility for Goodman Group's operations in Japan.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, investment, and finance, Angus has held roles at Bank of Scotland, Macquarie Bank, and Goodman Group across diverse global markets in Australia, South Africa, and Japan. Over the past seven years, Angus has led Goodman Group's operations in Japan.

Angus holds an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide.

Charles Crossland

Managing Director, UK

Charles leads Goodman’s operations in the United Kingdom and is responsible for the management, strategy and development of the business. Charles has been with the Group since 2005 and has been the CEO of Goodman UK for ten years. He has close to 30 years experience in the logistics property sector. Charles was a Development Director at Rosemound Developments which was acquired by the Group in 2007. Prior to joining Goodman, Charles was a partner in the Industrial Department at Strutt and Parker in London.

Kristoffer Harvey

Chief Executive Officer, Greater China

Kristoffer is responsible for the overall management and operation of Goodman’s activities for Greater China. He joined Goodman in 2002 and has held various positions during that time in Goodman’s corporate, investment management, capital transactions, development and asset management divisions. He has worked on Goodman’s investment and expansion plans across Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia.

Kristoffer has more than 20 years of real estate and investment experience. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Masters in Applied Finance.

Jason Little

Chief Executive Officer, Australia

Jason has led the overall management and operations of Goodman’s Australian business since 2007. As Australian CEO, he leads a talented team in supporting Goodman’s business strategy - providing sustainable solutions that are close to our customers and provide essential infrastructure for the digital economy. Jason joined Goodman in 2003 as Manager of Capital Transactions and has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, holding previous executive roles at Grant Samuel and Paul Ramsay Holdings. He is also the Chairman of Moorabbin Airport Corporation and a Board Member of the Goodman Foundation.

Paul McGarry

Head of Asia

Paul has overall executive responsibility for Goodman’s operations in Asia including Japan, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Mainland China managing over US$17 billion in assets in addition to an active development program completing 1 million sqm of new space annually across the region.

Paul has over 25 years of real estate and finance experience (including over 15 years in Asia), having commenced his professional career in Perth, Western Australia in chartered accounting, before moving to Sydney, where he specialised in real estate and private equity before joining the real estate group of Macquarie Group in Sydney and then to Tokyo in 2007 with Goodman Group. Paul relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 where he now resides.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws both from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney.

Danny Peeters

Executive Director

Danny is an Executive Director with oversight of Goodman’s Brazil operations. Danny has been with Goodman since 2006 and has over 20 years experience in the property and logistics sectors. Danny is a director and/or representative of Goodman’s fund management entities, subsidiaries and Partnership in Brazil.

During his career, Danny has built up extensive experience in the design, implementation and outsourcing of pan- European supply chain and real estate strategies for various multinationals. Danny was Chief Executive Officer of Eurinpro, a developer of tailor-made logistic property solutions in Europe acquired by Goodman in May 2006.

Anthony Rozic

Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer North America

Anthony joined Goodman in 2004 as Group Chief Financial Officer. In February 2009, Anthony was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer and then Deputy Chief Executive Office in August 2010. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer North America in September 2016.

Anthony’s responsibilities include assisting in setting and managing strategy, business performance, corporate transactions and related operational projects.

Anthony is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry having previously held a number of senior roles in the property funds management industry and chartered accountancy profession. He was appointed as Executive Director of Goodman in February 2013.

James Spence

Chief Executive Officer, New Zealand

James is responsible for all aspects of Goodman Group’s New Zealand business including the management of Goodman Property Trust. With a logistics and warehousing portfolio valued at $4.9 billion and a market capitalisation of around $2.9 billion (30 September 2022) the Trust is the NZX’s largest listed property entity. James joined Goodman in 2006 and has more than 16 years of corporate, property and funds management experience in Europe and New Zealand. He spent the last five years in New Zealand as Director of Investment Management for GMT, responsible for overseeing the investment decisions of GMT and heading up the property team before being appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2023. James holds a Property degree from the University of Auckland as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Education in Australia.

Philippe Van der Beken

Managing Director, Continental Europe

Philippe joined Goodman as Managing Director, Continental Europe in 2012. He is responsible for Goodman’s activities across Continental Europe. Philippe previously worked at Goodman from 2005 to 2008 as Executive, Corporate Transactions and Member of the Board of Managers of Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF). Philippe holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Master of Laws from the University of Leuven.

Carl Bicego

Company Secretary and Group Head of Legal and Risk

Carl is the Company Secretary and Group Head of Legal and Risk. Carl started his corporate law career at Allens in 1997, after which he joined Goodman in 2006. He is currently Chair of the Corporate Governance and Regulation Committee of the Property Council of Australia. Carl holds a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics.

Alison Brink

Group General Manager, Marketing & Communications

Alison is responsible for marketing and communications across the Group including branding, advertising and corporate communications. Prior to joining Goodman, she held various marketing positions at DHL in Asia, Europe and the United States, including regional brand director for Asia Pacific and Europe, US marketing vice-president and head of global advertising. Alison has over 30 years experience in international marketing and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Diploma in Logistics Management.

Scott Farquhar

Group Chief Information Officer, Technology Services

Scott joined Goodman in December 2015 and is responsible for the Group’s IT strategy and operations. He has 30 years international and domestic experience in IT from working both within the property and travel Industries. Scott joined the Group from Lend Lease, where he had 15 years senior IT experience (including in the USA and United Kingdom) and prior to that he worked in Australia for IBM. Scott has a Master’s of Business Administration from Newcastle University.

James Inwood

Group Executive and Head of Stakeholder Relations

James was appointed Group Executive and Head of Stakeholder Relations in 2017 and has been with the Group since 2006. He is responsible for stakeholder relations across the Group’s equity holders as well as private equity and debt. He spent three years overseeing the UK/European investment platform before returning to Australia in 2010 where he was Group Head of Investment Management, responsible for the co-ordination, strategy and performance of the Group’s investment management platform. James has significant expertise gained from almost 30 years in property finance and structuring in both listed and unlisted environments. Prior to joining Goodman, James spent 10 years as a real estate investment trust analyst, including eight years at J.P. Morgan, which involved equity raisings for listed and unlisted funds.

Nick Kurtis

Group Head of Equities

Nick is responsible for the co-ordination and performance of the Group’s corporate activities and investment management platform. He joined Goodman in 2000 and has held a number of senior positions within investment management and corporate services. Nick has more than 20 years experience in the property investment management industry and holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate and a Masters in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.

John Taylor

Group General Manager, Human Resources

John joined Goodman in August 2010, and is responsible for the Group’s HR strategy and HR operations globally. He has over 30 years experience in HR, in both international and domestic organisations. John joined the Group from Thomson Reuters, where he had almost five years senior HR experience (including time in Asia) and prior to that he worked in Australia for JPMorgan, The Colonial Group and Australia Post. John has a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia, and a Masters in Commerce (Industrial Relations) from Sydney University.

Nick Vrondas

Group Chief Financial Officer

Nick was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in February 2009, having joined the Group in 2006. He is responsible for the Group’s corporate finance functions, which include accounting and finance, treasury, tax, analytics functions and information technology. Nick also plays a key role in the Group’s strategic planning and capital management. Nick began his career in real estate in 1993 gaining experience in public and private markets in roles with Jones Land LaSalle and Goldman Sachs JBWere.
