Distritec, a French logistics organisation,has signed a 12,750sqm at Goodman’s new Val d’Europe logistics centre. They have chosen this site featuring high-end services, to support the strong growth of its business. Today, Goodman inaugurates this unique building in the company of customers, partners and local dignitaries.
Distritec, specialises in value-added logistics and transportation, has been providing high-value-added services for handling sensitive goods to all sectors for over 25 years. These include packaging returns, commissioning and end-user training
Driven by consistent and sustained growth since its creation (€45m turnover in 2018, more than €50M forecasted for 2019 and almost 400 employees), Distritec needed to expand its logistics capabilities with a new presence in the Parisian region.
Drawn to the high quality benefits of the logistics centre Goodman Val d’Europe in Bailly-Romainvilliers (department 77), Distritec leased two units with a total area of 12,000 sqm. Distritec will also benefit from a luxury 750 sqm office – in an all-wood structure which is open to the outside via full-height glass windows – topped with a roof terrace offering a superior amenity space.
Val d’Europe logistics centre is a sustainable and environmentally friendly site, a building that benefits from the latest technologies to optimise energy performance and welcoming green spaces.
