Distritec will also benefit from a luxury 750 sqm office – in an all-wood structure which is open to the outside via full-height glass windows – topped with a roof terrace offering a superior amenity space.

Radé Jovic, President of Distritec, commented, “Goodman’s Val d’Europe logistics centre brings us the additional logistics capabilities we’ve been looking for along for our clients, with an exceptional working environment. Its top-of-the-range services offer our client’s collaborators present onsite and our teams a very comfortable working and living environment, while confirming our high-level brand image. When you also consider its ideal location on Paris’s doorstep, with immediate access to the principal motorways and TGV / RER stations, we might say that we have found the perfect site for supporting and accelerating our growth.”

Benoit Chappey, Development Director at Goodman France, commented, “Goodman’s Val d’Europe site offers high-quality features that have led the way for a new type of logistics centre. Even before it was built, it was attracting the interest of  customers seeking  modern, quality  logistics space  that would be  valued by their employees and  brand image. Following Sunclear, which took possession of 18,550 sqm this summer, we are delighted to be welcoming Distritec today.”

Goodman’s Val d’Europe logistics centre is the result of a close collaboration between EpaMarne-EpaFrance, Euro Disney, Val d’Europe Agglomeration and Goodman.
