In 2016, Goodman then followed up with a 22,000 sqm logistics centre for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics followed. Since Goodman has added this to the portfolio, the company covers over 400,000 sqm of modern space under management in one of Germany’s most important logistics regions.
Markus Meyer, Head of Northern Germany at Goodman, explains: "The first-class infrastructure and the location of Star Park Halle contribute to promoting national and international business activities. For this reason, the Halle location with its proximity to Leipzig plays an ever-more important role for companies operating throughout Europe. This is just one of the reasons we've been investing in this region for such a long time and we have further development projects planned for this region.”
