SOLAR PANELS

Goodman is one of the largest solar energy generators in Hong Kong. Installation for over 3,500 solar panels was completed across Goodman Interlink, ATL Logistics Centre, Goodman Western Plaza and Goodman Tuen Mun Distribution Centre.

Our solar panels will generate an estimate of 1.8kWh per annum which means a reduction of 700 tonnes of C02 annually or the equivalent of planting over 11,000 trees.

LEED® GOLD PRE-CERTIFICATION

Goodman Westlink, on track to complete in 2022, achieved the LEED® Gold pre-certification for energy savings, water efficiency, and design and build initiatives. Rainwater harvesting and water efficient fixtures will reduce usage by up to 50% using the LEED® baseline.

WELL HEALTH-SAFETY RATING

As an industry leader in sustainability, we always strive to create safer, healthier workplace environments. We are pleased that Goodman is the first industrial and logistics property group in Hong Kong to be awarded the WELLHealthSafety rating by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in 10 portfolios. This distinguished accreditation reflects our long-term commitments to air and water quality monitoring protocols and people’s health and safety.
