Goodman European Partnership (GEP)

The Goodman European Partnership (GEP) is a leading unlisted property partnership, investing in logistics real estate across Europe.

Established in December 2006, GEP provides institutional investors with access to a diversified and actively managed portfolio of prime European logistics assets with a secure earnings profile, with potential for income and value growth.


The Partnership is advised and managed by Goodman, resulting in a proactive portfolio management by a dedicated in-house property services team. The Partnership further benefits from the strong Goodman development pipeline. As a cornerstone investor in the Partnership, Goodman is well aligned with the Partnership's global investment partners. The total equity committed to the Partnership amounts to c. €4.4 billion.

Portfolio

The Partnership owns a €4.4 billion portfolio representing over eighty four logistics estates across seven European countries. The Partnership's assets are located in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain. GEP services a diverse portfolio of customers across a range of industries such as third party logistics, consumer goods, e-commerce, automotive, manufacturing and IT.  Key customers include Amazon, DB Schenker, Kuehne + Nagel, and DSV.

Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark

The GRESB score is an overall measure of ESG performance which provides quantitative insight into ESG performance in absolute terms, over time and against industry peers. In 2021, Goodman European Partnership continued to outperform the average for its respective GRESB peer group.
We received a 4 Green Star rating this year, demonstrating true sustainability leadership.

On the Stabilised Investments Benchmark our score slightly curtailed compared to prior year, which is partially due to the increased energy consumption in logistics assets during the corona pandemic. On the Development Benchmark our scoring increased strongly with 5 points, reflecting our achievements in developing certified sustainable buildings equipped with renewable energy systems.
