Goodman Princeton Partnership is a co-investment between Chambers Street Properties and Goodman Group for the investment in pre-committed logistics development opportunities sourced through Goodman. The co-investment is funded on an 80/20 basis with Chambers Street Properties holding the majority share.
The co-investment has a target size of €400m (A$575m) over an investment period of three years with a focus on the core Western European markets of Germany, France and Benelux.
