Goodman Princeton Holdings (Jersey) Ltd (GPH Jersey)

Goodman Princeton Holdings is a co-investment between Chambers Street Properties and Goodman Group for the investment in pre-committed logistics development opportunities sourced through Goodman.  The co-investment is funded on an 80/20 basis with Chambers Street Properties holding the majority share. 

The co-investment has a target size of £400m (A$696m) and will invest in core UK logistic locations.
