Goodman Japan Core Fund (GJCF)

The Goodman Japan Core Fund, FCP-FIS provides investors with access to a portfolio of 12 prime logistics properties. Most of the properties in the portfolio are located in Japan’s two largest logistics markets of Greater Tokyo and Greater Osaka.

The portfolio includes 11 completed properties and one development property, which is backed by a strong domestic customer base supporting mainly local non-discretionary consumption.

The portfolio is managed by a team of bilingual local professionals based in Japan.
