Goodman Japan Core Fund (GJCF)

The Goodman Japan Core Fund, FCP-FIS provides investors with access to a portfolio of 10 prime logistics properties. Most of the properties in the portfolio are located in Japan’s two largest logistics markets of Greater Tokyo and Greater Osaka.

The portfolio includes 9 completed properties and one development property, which is backed by a strong domestic customer base supporting mainly local non-discretionary consumption.

The portfolio is managed by a team of bilingual local professionals based in Japan.
