The Goodman Japan Core Fund, FCP-FIS provides investors with access to a portfolio of 13 prime logistics properties. Most of the properties in the portfolio are located in Japan’s two largest logistics markets of Greater Tokyo and Greater Osaka.
The portfolio is consisted of stabilised properties only backed by a strong domestic customer base supporting mainly local non-discretionary consumption.
The portfolio is managed by a team of bilingual local professionals based in Japan.
