Kristoffer is responsible for the management, strategy and performance of the Fund reporting to the Board and investors of the Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund.
Kristoffer joined Goodman Group in 2002 and has held various positions during that time in Goodman’s corporate, funds management, capital transactions, development and asset management teams. He has worked on the Group’s investment and expansions plans across Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, China, Japan and Singapore. During his time in Sydney, he worked closely on Goodman’s recapitalisation in 2008 and 2009 and held positions in the Group’s Australian development and property services divisions.
Kristoffer has 10 years property experience and is a qualified property valuer. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and is currently completing a Masters of Applied Finance.
