Richard is responsible for the day to day operations of GAIF including its financial and portfolio performance, he reports to Securityholders and the Board and is accountable for enhancing the Fund’s portfolio in line with its investment objectives. He has 14 years experience in the property fund management industry in both listed and unlisted products, initially in finance and investment analysis and more recently in corporate transactions and structuring. Prior to joining Goodman, Richard was the fund manager for Multiplex Capital’s unlisted funds.
