Launched in 2003, Arlington Business Parks Partnership (ABPP) has an established track record of investing in, developing and managing business parks across the UK. ABPP is the pre-eminent and largest collective investment vehicle for UK business parks, with a view to delivering returns to investors that outperform the market.

As at 31 December 2010, Arlington Business Parks Partnership had total assets under management of over £1.3 billion, consisting of 23 high quality UK business parks and five stand alone investment assets strategically located in core out-of-town and edge of city centre office markets in the UK. ABPP controls a substantial development pipeline of over 340 acres of consented land providing over 8.3m sq ft of future development.
