Launched in 2003, Arlington Business Parks Partnership has an established track record of investing in, developing and managing business parks across the UK. It aims to be the pre-eminent collective investment vehicle for UK business parks, with a view to delivering returns to investors that outperform the market.

As at 31 December 2007, Arlington Business Parks Partnership had total assets under management of over £1.77 billion with 75% investment property, and 25% development land. The fund consists of 18 business parks located in key regional office markets in the UK. The fund has an enviable track record of consistently out performing its benchmark since inception with returns being driven by active management of the investment and development portfolios.

In November 2006, Arlington Business Parks Partnership successfully completed the acquisition of Akeler Holdings SA which consolidated the Funds position as the largest business park focused fund in the UK.
