Description

Goodman International proposes to establish a regional distribution park of warehouses, distribution centres and freight logistics facilities, and associated infrastructure. The proposal, known as Oakdale Central, would be located on 61 hectares of land adjacent to the Sydney Water Pipeline.

Goodman International is seeking:

Concept plan approval for the establishment of the Oakdale Central precinct; and project approval for the construction and use of a warehouse complex for DHL Logistics within the proposed Oakdale Central precinct, as well as estate works within Oakdale Central.

Exhibition
