Unit Purchase Plan Issue Price - NZX Announcement
Further to the announcement on 3 March 2006, Macquarie Goodman (NZ) Limited advises that the issue price for the Unit Purchase Plan (“UPP”) will be $1.16.
The UPP will be available to Unitholders on the register at 17 March 2006 with a registered address in New Zealand.
The maximum investment by an eligible Unitholder will be $4,999.60 for 4,310 units. Eligible Unitholders will be able to apply for the following parcels of units:
$4,999.60, for 4,310 units; or
$2,499.80, for 2,155 units.
Units issued under the UPP will rank equally with all other Units on issue and will participate equally in all distributions declared after the date of issue.
A UPP booklet and application form will be dispatched to Unitholders later in the month. The UPP will open on or about 24 March 2006 and close on or about 19 April 2006. However, the UPP is subject to Unitholder approval of the acquisition and placement at the Unitholder meeting on 22 March 2006.
The UPP may also be withdrawn in certain circumstances which are detailed in the UPP booklet.
