MGP Settles Sale of NEC House, Wellington - NZX Announcement

We refer to the announcement on 17 November 2005 in relation to MGP entering into an unconditional contract to dispose of NEC House in Wellington for $18.0 million. MGP confirms that the sale has now been settled.
