Brief history

Goodman New Zealand was established in 1999 after the Group acquired managements rights to Colonial Property Trust, listed on the NZX. In December 2003, Goodman Group made a cornerstone investment and assumed management of the trust.

Goodman Property Trust now has a market capitalisation of NZ$1.05 billion. It is New Zealand’s second-largest listed property trust and one of the country’s top-15 listed stocks.
