Brief history

J-REP was founded in 1980 as a company specialising in the provision of real estate brokerage services to the logistics sector. In 2005, J-REP expanded its operations to include asset management and development services. The group is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Mothers) Index (TSE: 8992).

In May 2007, Macquarie Goodman Asia (a joint-venture company between Goodman Group and Macquarie Bank) acquired a majority stake in J-REP and the two companies entered into a strategic alliance.
