Brief history

Goodman Italy was formed when Goodman Group acquired innovative European logistics property developer Eurinpro in May 2006.

Eurinpro was founded in Belgium in 1989 as a development company in logistics, office, retail and rental property. In 1996, the company’s business model shifted to focus solely on purpose-built logistics projects, with investments and developments in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. By 2003, Eurinpro had expanded into all major European logistics markets and had opened representative offices in Japan and the United States.
