Brief history

Goodman Hong Kong was established in 2005 and Goodman Hong Kong Industrial Trust (GHKIT) was launched in April 2006. GHKIT is an unlisted property trust investing in prime industrial assets throughout Hong Kong. The fund is focused on providing investors and customers with a geographically and functionally diverse portfolio concentrating on logistics and warehousing properties.
