Brief history
Goodman Germany was formed when Goodman Group acquired innovative European logistics property developer Eurinpro in May 2006. In 2007, Goodman also established a presence in the German business park market following the acquisitions of business park developer SMH (Sparkasse Mannesmann Hoffmeister Projektenentwicklung), the 12 ha Theodorstrasse Business Park project in Düsseldorf and the Calliston GmbH business.
