Brief history
Since listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 1995 with eight properties valued at A$73.2 million, Goodman Group has grown into the largest listed industrial property fund on the ASX, and the second-largest in the world. The company has grown organically in Asia and through strategic acquisitions in Europe and the United Kingdom.

The 3CBDs Greenhouse Initiative was established by Goodman Australia, in partnership with Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability, to

Metropolis 2008
Metropolis is an international organisation representing cities with over 1 million people. The 9th World Congress of Metropolis is to be held in Sydney in 2008, bringing leaders from over one hundred cities around the world together.
Hosted by the NSW State Government, Goodman is proud to be a major partner supporting the 2008 Congress held 22 - 25 October 2008.
Focusing on the Asian region, particularly the emerging economies of China and India, a range of global issues will be discussed including the impact of climate change on cities, new technologies, the funding of infrastructure and city governance. Amongst the many workshops and seminars, the Congress will be an opportunity for networking between international city governments and industry representatives.
