Launched in 2003, Arlington Business Parks Partnership has an established track record of investing in, developing and managing business parks across the UK. It aims to be the pre-eminent collective investment vehicle for UK business parks, with a view to delivering returns to investors that outperform the market.
As at 31 December 2008, Arlington Business Parks Partnership had total assets under management of over £1.5 billion with 89% investment properties, and 11% development land and work in progress. The fund consists of 23 business parks located in key regional office markets in the UK.
In November 2006, Arlington Business Parks Partnership successfully completed the acquisition of Akeler Holdings SA which consolidated the Fund's position as the largest business park focused fund in the UK.
