Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund

Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Fund (GHKLF) is an unlisted property trust investing in prime industrial assets throughout Hong Kong. The Fund is focused on providing investors and customers with both a geographically and functionally diverse portfolio concentrating on logistics and warehousing properties.

We aim to be the preferred provider and operator of logistics and warehouse space in Hong Kong and to provide investors with long-term, sustainable income and capital returns through proactive management and the application of Goodman Group’s integrated customer service offering.

Since inception, the portfolio’s value has increased by over 60% through acquisitions and strong revaluation growth, which is primarily due to our asset repositioning programmes. As at March 2010, the Fund was the largest industrial landlord in Hong Kong by space available with 15 diversified logistics and warehouse properties providing over 8 million square feet. In addition, the two development projects, Seaview in Tsuen Wan and Interlink in Tsing Yi, when both projects completed in 2012, will offer over 3.7 million square feet of prime logistics space.
