Previous Goodman acquisitions 
 

In December 2005, Goodman acquired independent UK property investment manager Arlington. Founded in 1981, Arlington pioneered the business park concept in Europe and by 1998 had changed from a trader developer to market owner. In 2003, Arlington became a service company by transferring property assets into three vehicles for investors in Europe, the UK and worldwide. In 2004, Arlington created an investment property management division following the acquisition of Aberdeen Property Investors.

In May 2006, Goodman acquired Eurinpro, an innovative European logistics property developer. Eurinpro was founded in Belgium in 1989 as a development company in logistics, office, retail and rental property. In 1996, the company changed its business model to focus solely on purpose-built logistics projects, with investments and developments in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. By 2003, Eurinpro had expanded into all major European logistics markets and had opened representative offices in Japan and the United States.

In November 2006, Goodman acquired UK business park developer and property investor Akeler. Akeler was founded in 1988 as a developer of business park projects in Europe and the UK. In 2005, the company was restructured into distinct development and investment business streams.

In April 2007, Goodman acquired leading UK logistics property developer Rosemound Developments. Formed in 2002, Rosemound is one of the largest developers of logistics property in the UK, with a geographically diverse land bank of more than 1,000 acres located in key logistics channels and hubs throughout the country.

In May 2007 Goodman acquired 53% of J-REP, entering into a strategic alliance with the company. J-REP is a listed Japanese property company that specialises in logistics property leasing and development services.
