Goodman uses its extensive global resources to source, develop and manage the group’s impressive property investment portfolio, currently valued at A$5.6 billion (3.4 billion, £2.7 billion), which consists of A$3.0 billion of direct investments and A$2.6 billion of indirect investments through holdings in managed funds. We leverage our joint venture relationships and integrated customer service offering to grow investment returns.

Our experienced team sources and acquires investment properties and have strategic cornerstone investments in major managed funds around the globe, ensuring Goodman’s interests are aligned with those of its investors. These investments enable Goodman to maintain a strong balance sheet, satisfy the requirements of customers and deliver stable returns to investors.

Goodman takes a long-term approach to property investment, making decisions based on thorough research and intimate local knowledge. We acquired land in primary industrial and business locations at a price which makes development viable and allows for future growth. We also consider factors such as leasing demand in the area and location in relation to infrastructure such as ports, roads and railways.
