James is an executive director (non-voting) of Macquarie Group Limited within Real Estate, Macquarie Capital Advisors. James was also Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Industrial Trust for six years prior to that trust’s merger with GIT. He is a director of J-REP Co., Ltd and Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of the New Zealand Exchange listed Goodman Property Trust.
With over 20 years of experience in property funds management, investment banking and chartered accounting, James has specialist real estate and funds management expertise inclusive of new product development and management.
James has a Bachelor of Economics, is a Certified Practising Accountant and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
