Carl is the Company Secretary of Goodman Group and its Australian subsidiaries as well as Legal Counsel – Head of Corporate in Australia.
Carl has over 10 years of experience in corporate law and joined Goodman from law firm Allens Arthur Robinson in 2006.
Carl holds a Masters of Laws and Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Laws (Hons). He is an affiliate of Chartered Secretaries Australia.
